"The Site" is an intellectual work protected by law. Its content is strictly reserved under copyright, intellectual property and trademark law and may not be reproduced in part or in whole, on any medium, whether for personal or commercial purposes, unless it constitutes an infringement that engages the civil or criminal liability of the perpetrator of the infringement.

Artists are required to upload works that do not infringe copyright or violate any law, court order, or government order.

The same applies to the database contained on the "Site" Zemagnet.com. A visit to our "Site" grants you simple access to browse and use, and therefore a right of personal use related to the "Site". This authorization does not grant you any rights, in particular the commercial exploitation of the contents of the "Site".

REPORTING VIOLATIONS

The Site respects the intellectual property of others and asks its users to do the same. ZEmagnet is a community built on respect for artists and their intellectual property rights, as well as the intellectual property rights of others. ZEmagnet has a zero-tolerance policy for the infringement of intellectual property rights. This zero-tolerance policy allows us to respond quickly to any claim that content posted on the Site infringes the copyright or intellectual property of any person.

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner or owner of any exclusive right under copyright, and you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, => you may submit a notice of infringement by providing the following information to our legal departmentzemagnet.contact@gmail.com - a specific description and a photo of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed - your address, telephone number and email address

Once a bona fide infringement notification is received by our legal department, "The Site" ZEmagnet may remove or disable access to the infringing material and will notify the alleged infringing user of the removal and the reason for removal. "The Site" reserves the right to take legal action against the infringer.
